Jill Gaynor, M.A., M.Ed., founder and co-owner of the Beyond Learning brand, is also managing partner of Playology, a product development consulting company. Since launching Beyond Learning in 2006 she has published three award-winning games: Word Chase, Number Hunt and Pick-Up Words. Jill has been featured in the Los Angeles Times and was honored as the “Woman to Watch” in the toy industry by Women in Toys and Playthings magazine.

As a consultant to game and toy companies, Jill centers her work on product development, analyzing current product lines, creating line extensions and facilitating strategic business partnerships. Clients include Educational Insights, Peaceable Kingdom and Briarpatch.

She is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds Master’s degrees from New York University in Art Dealership and Collecting and from Loyola Marymount University in Child and Adolescent Literacy.
