As opposed to traditional petroleum-based ink, soy-based ink does not pollute the environment and makes paper easier to recycle. The waste that is left from the soy ink during the de-inking process is not hazardous. All of Beyond Learning products, including packaging, are printed with soy-based ink on recycled paper.
